How to get Green Trust Factor

CS2 Trust Factor Guide – August 2025 (Most Accurate Method)

This is currently the most accurate and reliable method for estimating your Trust Factor in real time.

• Go to Wingman matchmaking → Check “Looking to Play”
  
• 12 players = Highest Trust Tier
  
• 6 players = Yellow Tier
  
• 0–2 players = Red Trust

Multiple community cases confirm:

• If one account gets VAC Live, others on the same PC can inherit low TF
  
• VPN does not protect you from shared hardware fingerprints
  
• Queueing with red trust friends can drop your own trust level

Example: Clean alt account (never injected, used VPN) still got red trust after another account on same machine got VAC Live.

DO THIS

• Play legit games (Wingman/Comp)
  
• Avoid all reports! It's a MUST!
  
• Gain XP regularly
  
• Play with high-trust friends
  
• Link phone number + enable Steam Guard

AVOID THIS

• Injecting or loading cheats (even once)
  
• Queueing with low-trust players
  
• Friendly fire

1. Use Steam Guard.
2. Make your profile public.
3. Become an active member of the Steam Community.
4. Play games often without cheating.
5. Get praise (commended) by your teammates.
6. Do not kick anyone out of the game.
7. Do not block your teammates and do not harm your teammate in the game.
