de_fort
The Fort is a medieval town-fort–style map for CS 1.6 by Tatu Eugen, featuring two bombsites, new textures, balanced gameplay, and stunning visuals.
The Fort
Once a thriving medieval stronghold, the fort and its surrounding town now stand scarred by war and abandonment. As tensions rise, Terrorist forces launch an assault from the outer edge of the ruined town.
The map features a classic competitive layout with two bombsites (A and B) positioned on opposite sides of the fort-town complex. Terrorists spawn on one end, pushing through interiors, streets, and outer paths, while Counter-Terrorists defend from the opposite side, holding key positions within the fortified zone.
At the heart of the map lies a central Mid area, connecting both bombsites and acting as the main control point. Mid offers multiple routes, elevation changes, and cover opportunities, making it crucial for rotations, map control, and strategic plays.
de_fort is designed to reward teamwork, map control, and smart rotations, combining classic Counter-Strike flow with a rich medieval atmosphere.
